We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was extremely clean, very comfortable bed, nice little kitchenette that was stuffed with all necessary kitchen equipment. Special thanks for having a Real AC in the room and the hotel itself, where you can cool down and relax after being under the hot sun for the whole day! We appreciate it! Another, of the most important point for us, was the presence of the garage on the hotel's property, so we didn't worry about our car for the whole stay. It was easy to navigate and very convenient location, which is out of ZTL zone, makes this hotel beat up the others. This hotel is very close to all the attractions but far from the crowd, so you can fully recharge your batteries in a quite and cozy space and be ready to discover all the treasures that beautiful Florence has stored for you!

The room is equipped with a small kitchen with all the furniture are nicely cleaned. The terrace has 3 different levels which allow you to have a very relaxed afternoon if you plan to stay inside the hotel or want to have a sun bath. The top is a jacuzzi pool where you can enjoy the superb city panoramic view with an additional charge. The front staff are very helpful and offer me great suggestion for transport around the city.

Pool, spa, sauna and steam room were very welcome facilities after a long day of walking. The rooms were nice and big with lots of space. What's more, they were super clean and the staff super friendly. Location is probably not ideal; my wife and daughter weren't too keen to walk an additional 1.5km at the end of a long day of sightseeing. It didn't bother me too much, it was nice to come back to a very clean, friendly hotel.

We booked because it had a pool, but unfortunately were only there for one night so didn't have time to use it. The location is fantastic and just outside the old city, but an easy walk into the centre. Really well located, and the rooms are a great size, with nice light and high ceilings. The staff were so fantastic, great communicators and very friendly. Lot's of nice facilities as well.

The staff were all exceptional. So helpful, recommending brilliant places to eat and making the bookings for us. Didn’t like that you could only use the spa for one hour a day and had to book. Would’ve preferred to be able to go a bit more flexibly. The apartment was brilliant - huge space. Highlight was the jacuzzi on the rooftop - worth every penny to watch the sunset.
